Pedrera is a $1B+ mixed-use urban development that required a clear, unified brand position among government, private partners, and internal stakeholders.

MOW was brought in to clarify the project’s identity, resolve competing names and narratives, and define a cohesive positioning for one of Guatemala City’s most ambitious urban revitalization efforts. Using the MOW Method, we aligned leadership around a shared vision and mission, built a unified messaging matrix, established a clear stakeholder narrative, and introduced brand architecture concepts to orient the project long term.

Today, Pedrera stands on a strong strategic foundation — positioned to evolve into an iconic urban brand redefining how Guatemalans live, gather, and connect.
